I’m looking for a senior leadership role that owns product—and, increasingly, the operations wrapped around it. That takes one of two shapes:

• Chief Product Officer or Head of Product (SVP/VP) — owning product management and design; or
• A broader product-and-operations mandate (COO, or SVP/VP of Product & Operations) — adding customer success, delivery, and business operations to that core.

Either way: reporting to the CEO, serving on the executive leadership team, with full ownership of outcomes.

• Location: Remote or hybrid in greater Atlanta. I’m not open to relocation right now—I’ve got one more kid to get through high school first.
• Stage: Seed, startup, growth, or expansion. I’m also drawn to turnaround stories—mature or declining companies looking to reignite growth.
• Size: 10 to 1,000 employees.
• Funding: Bootstrapped, venture-backed, private-equity-backed, or well-capitalized private companies.
• Domain: Domain-agnostic. My experience concentrates in supply chain, finance/banking (FinTech), nonprofit/association management, medical/dental, and enterprise IT. I’m especially curious about EdTech, CivicTech, and GovTech.
• Team scope: Leading and scaling cross-functional teams—product, design, and the operations functions that ship and support the work—of 10–50+ people, across managers and individual contributors.
• Impact: Full ownership of product vision, strategy, and execution—ideally extending to the operational levers (customer success, delivery, and P&L) that decide whether the strategy actually lands.
• Compensation: A market-rate base with bonus and equity.
